Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Sign Docs : PDF Prime Boost ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Serghei Ionita ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Are not prohibited from using the Application under applicable law
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Application on devices you own or control
• Use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Application
• Create derivative works based on the Application

Intellectual Property

The Application and all its contents — including code, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to Serghei Ionita and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Sign Docs : PDF Prime Boost," "PDF Prime," and the associated logos are trademarks of Serghei Ionita.

User Content

You retain all rights to documents you create, scan, edit, or sign using the Application ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and its legality. You must not use the Application to create, store, or share content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violates privacy rights of others

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is paramount. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• No personal data is collected
• No analytics or tracking
• All processing is on-device
• Documents never leave your device

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any output (including OCR results, conversions, or rendered PDFs).

Use of the Application is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SERGHEI IONITA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application (which is $0, as the Application is free).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Serghei Ionita from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., system share sheet, cloud storage providers). These services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their practices.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without notice, for breach of these Terms or any reason. Upon termination, your license ends immediately. You must cease use and delete the Application.

Provisions that by nature survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) shall survive.

Updates to the Application

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice. You are not entitled to future updates.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in the Republic of Moldova. You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions.

General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign freely.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control.
