Overview
Sign Docs : PDF Prime Boost ("the Application," "we," "us," or "our") is a privacy-first PDF scanner, editor, and e-signature application developed by Serghei Ionita. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Application.

Information We Collect
We collect no personal information, no usage data, no analytics, and no crash reports.
What We Do NOT Collect:
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone, accounts)
- Device identifiers (IDFA, GAID, hardware IDs)
- IP addresses or network information
- Usage patterns, session data, or interaction logs
- Crash logs, diagnostic data, or performance metrics
- Cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies
- Location data (precise or approximate)
- Content of your documents or files
How Your Data Is Processed
All document processing occurs locally on your device using native platform capabilities:
- iOS: PDFKit for rendering, Vision framework for OCR
- Android: PdfRenderer for rendering, ML Kit for OCR
No document content, metadata, or thumbnails are ever transmitted to any server.
Permissions
The Application requests only the permissions necessary for its core functionality:

Permissions are requested in-context, only when you use the relevant feature. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
Network Access
The Application only uses network connectivity when you explicitly choose to share a document (via system share sheet to email, messaging, cloud storage, etc.). This is a user-initiated action using the operating system's native sharing mechanism. We do not control or access the destination of shared files.
Third-Party Services
We integrate no third-party SDKs, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services. The Application uses only:
- Apple/Google platform frameworks (PDFKit, PdfRenderer, Vision, ML Kit)
- Flutter/Dart standard libraries
Data Retention & Deletion
Since we collect no data, there is nothing to retain or delete. All your documents and data remain exclusively on your device. Uninstalling the Application removes all local data associated with it.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, as we collect no information at all.
Security
Your data security is ensured by:
- On-device processing (no data transmission = no interception risk)
- Platform sandboxing and permissions model
- AES-256 encryption for password-protected PDFs
- No backend infrastructure to compromise
International Users
Since no data leaves your device, there are no international data transfers. The Application functions identically worldwide.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Application or legal requirements. Updates will be posted within the Application and on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
